About This Coffee

Latitude Decaf is a decaffeinated single origin coffee from Colombia's Huila, Quindio, and Narino regions at 1400-1600 meters altitude. It features Caturra, Catuai, and Bourbon varieties, medium roast level. The decaffeination uses ethyl acetate from local sugar cane, preserving complex flavors. Offered as freeze-dried instant coffee sachets for convenience.

49th Parallel has been a heavyweight in the Vancouver coffee scene since 2004, when brothers Vince and Michael Piccolo set out to bring world-class specialty coffee to the West Coast before it was trendy.
