This espresso coffee is sourced from the Korongo Coffee Cooperative in Tanzania, specifically from the regions of Mbozi, Mbeya, and Mbinga at an altitude of about 1900 meters. It consists of Arabica varieties including Blue Mountain, Bourbon, SL28, and Typica. The coffee is washed processed, with cherries depulped and fermented before drying on raised beds for 14-20 days. The flavor profile highlights black currant, pear, lime, blackberry jam, and oolong tea notes with a creamy, rich texture.
