Lunji Estate – Tansania Filter

This coffee is a single origin from the Lunji Estate in the Mbeya region of Tanzania, cultivated at 1600 meters altitude. It features varieties Blue Mountain, Bourbon, and Typica. Processed using a washed method with fermentation lasting about 24 hours and drying on raised beds for 9-13 days. The flavor profile includes notes of green apple, thyme, vanilla yogurt, white grape acidity, and a light to medium body with herbal nuances.
