Jardines del Edén is a single origin natural processed Pink Gesha coffee from Quindio, Pijao region in Colombia, grown at 1750m altitude on volcanic soil. It features flavor notes of lavender, red grape, red apple, and lime, with a full-bodied mouthfeel. Processing includes a 24-hour dry aerobic fermentation and 8-day drying period on raised beds.
