This single-origin coffee is from the El Ocaso farm in Salento, Quindio, Colombia, grown by Santiago Patiño at altitudes between 1700 and 1850 meters. It features the rare Papayo variety with natural anaerobic processing. The coffee has complex flavors of strawberry jam, molasses, chamomile, and a hint of lime, cultivated on volcanic soils in a shaded environment.
