Anaerobic natural microlot from Aceh, Indonesia (≈1500 MASL), cultivar Abbysinia. The coffee undergoes ~36 hours limited-oxygen (carbonic maceration) fermentation and is dried ~20 days on raised beds. Expressive light roast with bright, winey acidity and flavor notes of hibiscus, guava, and plantain.
