Hulikere Estate is a single-estate Indian coffee from Chikmagalur, Karnataka, produced by Shreedev and Sushmita Hulikere. Grown at 1,100–1,370 masl on a 100-hectare farm and processed washed with patio/clay-brick drying, the lot (Selection-795) is part of the KaadKaapi collective. Tasting notes list gingersnap, spiced chocolate, and stewed apple, yielding a sweet, spicy cup balanced by bright acidity.
