About This Coffee

Single-farm Parainema from Finca La Sierra in El Cedral, Santa Bárbara, Honduras (1,400–1,500 masl). Multi-stage washed processing: depulped, dry-fermented 24 hours, washed four times and dried 15–22 days in parabolic solar dryers with hand-sorting. Light roast with clean, nuanced character and tasting notes of pom-plum, Arnold Palmer, toffee, and melted ice cream.
