Ethiopian Guji (Oromia) coffee from Ethiopian Heirlooms, washed and grown at 1850–2200 m. Tasting highlights include peach, dark berries, jasmine and rooibos tea with sweet, complex acidity. Light roast with a clean, tea-like body. Recommended for filter, AeroPress and French Press brewing.
