Guatemala Ojo De Agua is a washed Arabica coffee from Ciudad Vieja, Sacatepéquez, grown at 1630 masl. The lot is a Bourbon and Caturra variety, shade-grown and hand-picked, with cherries delivered to Beneficio La Esperanza wet mill. Medium roast producing dense, sweet, and complex cups with tasting notes of panela, apricot, and peach. Roasted and sold by Proud Mary.
