Guatemala La Danta is a medium-roast, single-origin coffee from La Libertad in Huehuetenango, grown by the Vides Family at 1600 masl. The lot combines Bourbon and Caturra varieties and is washed processed. Tasting notes list panela, apricot, and peach with bright, crisp acidity characteristic of Huehuetenango. Roasted by Proud Mary and sold as specialty 100% Arabica beans in retail bag sizes.
