A Guatemalan coffee from the Sololá region, specifically from Pasajquim, grown by the Atitlán Pasajquim Kape cooperative at 1200-1400 meters altitude. The coffee features Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varieties and is washed processed. Grown in nutrient-dense volcanic soil, this medium roast espresso coffee offers a rich and creamy body with sweet notes of dried plum, milk chocolate, marzipan, and cinnamon, with medium acidity. Suitable for espresso and milk-based drinks.
