The flavor profile includes maraschino cherry, violet, green toffee apple, and dark chocolate. Jhonatan and his brother represent the fourth generation of a traditional coffee-growing family dedicated to coffee and beekeeping. The farm experiments with innovative processing techniques and new varieties, with this Papayo varietal being planted in 2017 and beginning to produce exceptional results in 2022.
