A special lot from ALO COFFEE, located in the Sidama Bensa region of Ethiopia at elevations of 2,360–2,460 meters above sea level. Produced by Tamiru Tadesse, who took 1st and 5th place at Cup of Excellence 2021. The coffee undergoes a 72-hour Mosto Anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks with coffee pulp and juice, followed by approximately 30 days of shade drying. Variety is 74158. Tasting notes include Grape, Dried Fig, Raisin, with a smooth and long finish.
