A single-origin Ethiopian natural processed coffee from Morke (Bura, Sidama) handled by Niguse Gemeda Mude and local smallholders. Grown at very high altitudes of 2340–2420 m, variety 74158, this light roast highlights vibrant cranberry and raspberry acidity, notes of white wine and black tea, and a syrupy, lingering sweetness and smooth body. Produced and dried at the Morke drying stations.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers. The roastery part of the business is led by head roaster Keita Nakamura, who oversees bean selection and roasting, bringing a broad range of single-origin coffees to life with clarity and character.
