Ethiopia Bensa Shantawene Natural is sourced from Shantawene/Bombe (Bensa) at 1905 meters. Heirloom varieties were picked ripe and dried on raised beds (natural process), producing bright, fruit-forward cup notes of star fruit, strawberry, jasmine and bergamot with citrus oil aromatics, a silky mouthfeel and lively acidity (light roast).
