El Oasis is a washed Geisha coffee from Colombia's Ortega-Tolima region, grown at 2150m on a family farm operated by Fernando Bocanegra. It features tasting notes of stone fruits, rose, and orange blossoms, with a balanced lemon acidity, high sweetness, and a long finish. The coffee undergoes a 24-hour aerobic fermentation and is dried for 15 days under a canopy.
