Ecuador Finca Soledad is a light-roasted, single-origin coffee from Finca Soledad in the Intag Valley, Imbabura, Ecuador (1550 masl). The beans are Typica Mejorado variety and are processed as Tyoxy Washed. Tasting notes listed are floral, apricot, black tea and nougat. The coffee is produced by José “Pepe” Jijón and roasted by Proud Mary as a 100% specialty Arabica offering.
