The Don Martin Geisha Enano coffee from Costa Rica's Tarrazù region is a single origin Arabica variety known for its Dwarf Geisha (Enano) plants. Processed using a unique 777 Double Fermentation method combining aerobic and anaerobic fermentation, it offers flavor notes of strawberry, clementine, and honeysuckle, with a complex floral aroma and tropical acidity. It is grown at 1800 meters altitude on volcanic soils, harvested between November and March, and is available as whole beans or ground.
