A single‑farm Costa Rica coffee from Volcán Azul (Poás Volcano, West Valley) grown at 1550–1600 m. The SL28 variety is fully washed and roasted light, yielding an intense, bright cup with concentrated red apple and pink grapefruit acidity, a candy‑like sweetness and a rich, syrupy aftertaste. Light roast character emphasises clarity and fruit sweetness.

LiLo Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded in Osaka’s Amerikamura district in 2014, and is regarded as one of the city’s early specialty coffee pioneers.
