This is an unroasted Geisha from Costa Rica's Tarrazú (1950 masl), produced by Johel Monge Naranjo. The Tri‑Up experimental honey process yields sweet, fruit-forward cup notes of rose syrup, orange candy, blueberry and passionfruit. Green beans intended for roasting, with delicate floral acidity and a syrupy body.
