This Geisha from Don Mayo La Loma in Los Santos, Costa Rica, produced by Héctor Bonilla Cruz, is a honey-processed Arabica grown at 1600–1900 m and roasted light. Tasting notes highlight lemonade brightness with jasmine and tea rose aromatics, soft sweet‑sour apricot and citrus accents, and a juicy profile with a lingering lemonade aftertaste. Offered as whole bean in multiple weight options.

Takamura Coffee Roasters

Takamura began in 2013 as an extension of an established wine importing business. The operation roasts on a Smart Roaster, one of approximately ten in Japan at the time of installation. Head roaster Yuya Iwasaki took first place at the Japan Coffee Roasting Championship in 2018, and the roastery has appeared on Asia's 50 Best Coffee Shops list consecutively since 2019. A second roasting facility opened on Awaji Island in April 2022, featuring a large production roaster. Beans range from deep, clean finishes to light-roasted Geishas and includes Cup of Excellence awarded coffees.
