This is a Geisha variety coffee from Los Girasoles farm in Tolima, Colombia, produced by Luis Carlos at an altitude of 1950+ meters above sea level. The coffee is honey processed. The farm cultivates 1,100 Geisha trees under an agroforestry system with native shade trees, plantains, avocados, and passion fruit. Only fully ripe "grape-purple" cherries are selectively picked, floated, and cleaned before processing. The coffee was picked in May-June 2025 and arrived in October 2025.
