This coffee is a naturally processed Geisha variety from Finca El Campo in La Paz, Honduras, grown at 1600m altitude by Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera. It exhibits flavor notes of rose, lemon candy, and nectarine, with a silky mouthfeel and a rose blossom aftertaste. The cherries are selectively harvested, dried on raised beds, and carefully turned to ensure even quality.
