This coffee is a natural processed Geisha variety from Hacienda Sonora in Costa Rica's Central Valley at 1,300 meters altitude. It features flavor notes of maple syrup, mango, and apricot with a bright acidity and syrupy mouthfeel. The beans are sun-dried and harvested in the 2021 season.
