Brooklyn is a 90/10 blend of Brazilian (Fazenda JS, Mata de Minas, ~880 masl) Red & Yellow Catuai and Panamanian Geisha (Finca Santa Teresa, ~1600 masl). Processed Anaerobic Honey and Washed, roasted for espresso and filter, it presents candied orange, praline, and cream with a juicy mouthfeel.
