The lot is washed processed and roasted light, showing juicy pineapple acidity with orange and cherry sweetness, and a mild honey and cacao aftertaste. Suitable for espresso and filter preparations, this coffee emphasizes bright fruit clarity with a gentle, cocoa-like finish.
