Bienteveo is a single-origin coffee from El Salvador (Apaneca - Ilamatepec), produced by Andrés Salaverría on the El Martillo farm at 1,550 m. Variety Catuaí Amarillo, processed naturally. The roast is developed for espresso, yielding a creamy-bodied cup with medium acidity and tasting notes of gianduia, stone fruit and caramel, with hazelnut and cookie-like sweetness.
