This single-origin Maragogype comes from Finca Bella Vista in Paez, Cauca, Colombia, produced by Arcesio Oino Pancha and Yina Cuchumbe at 1,950 m. The lot is hand-harvested, manually depulped, traditionally fermented, fully washed and slowly dried on mesh beds. The cup shows crisp, complex acidity with a lingering sweetness and high notes of floral aromatics, orange candy and limeflower.
