Campo Hermoso

About This Coffee

This coffee is grown in Quindío, Colombia by fourth-generation farmer Edwin Noreña, a trained agro-industrial engineer and Q-Grader. It is a sun-dried, honey processed coffee co-fermented with açaí. The experimental cofermentation process introduces hops and fruits during processing to create layered flavours. The coffee exhibits bright, playful character with precise, clean flavours and lifted sweetness.
