Gesha from El Sauce, Santa Barbara, Honduras (El Itacayo), grown at 1550–1730 MASL and processed via DRD (dark-room dried). This light-roast Gesha is floral and tea-like with citric brightness, tropical fruit notes (lychee, mango, pineapple), stone-fruit and cherry accents, and a sweet brown-sugar, peach-iced-tea finish with a clean, delicate body.
