Natural processed, this lot represents Alex's years of work perfecting fermentation levels and adopting less water-dependent processing methods due to drought conditions affecting the farm's aquifer. The coffee presents intensely sweet and fragrant characteristics with tasting notes of green mango, strawberry, milk chocolate, and Neapolitan.
