This is a 2025 Honduras Cup of Excellence #14 coffee from La Pila farm, produced by fourth-generation farmer Yeltsin Sagastume Enamorado. The coffee features the exotic Maracaturra variety, processed using the natural method. Grown at 1640 meters elevation, this coffee placed 14th in the Honduras Exotica category at Cup of Excellence 2025. The cup profile includes white guava, white grape, preserved longan, apricot, and panela sugar. This is a filter roast only offering.

Manta Ray Coffee Roasters
After more than eight years of preparation, Manta Ray Coffee Roasters opened their flagship roastery in Nunawading, Melbourne, in October 2022. The industrial chic space features a visible roasting area framed by large windows, inviting visitors into the process. Drawing on a background in film color grading, the team approaches roasting as a form of creative expression, seeking to reveal depth and character in every batch. Award winners at the 2019 Roasters Smackdown and 2023 ASCA competitions, they offer their signature Outsider Blend alongside rotating single origins and an automated pour over experience at the bar.
