This Geisha coffee is grown at 1800 meters at the Nest Estate in the Menglian region of Yunnan, China. The estate is located on the 23rd parallel within a unique microclimate with organic farming practices. Only cherries at peak maturation are selected for the natural process. The fruit is dried with careful attention to environmental stability, allowing inherent sugars to develop while preserving the delicate floral and citric structure of the Geisha variety. The coffee offers a balanced and articulated expression with flavor notes of tangerine, pineapple, and black tea.
