A Grade AA natural-processed coffee from Al Udain, Yemen, produced by Sabcomeed — a collective of specialty coffee producers. The Udaini varietal originates from Al Udain village, grown at 1,600 masl, harvested in March 2021 by a collective of 50 farmers. Cherries are dried on raised beds for 14–18 days. Medium roasted with a complex yet approachable cup profile. Tasting notes include Watermelon, Black Tea, Fig, Peach, and Rosewater. Cup score: 87.00.
