This is a specialty Robusta coffee from Lam Dong Province, Vietnam, featuring the Purple Bud cultivar, a locally grown variety unique to this region. Grown at over 1,000 meters above sea level, the coffee underwent dry fermentation in bags with Pichia yeast and lactic acid bacteria, followed by low-temperature drying on mechanical beds. This lot achieved #3 in the Vietnam Amazing Cup 2025 competition (Robusta category) and was graded 85.79 points. The cup offers a clean, creamy mouthfeel with yogurt-like aftertaste, caramel and raisin sweetness, tropical guava-like acidity, and roasted tea aromatics. Sourced by 96B importer.
