Single-origin coffee from Kamogo Station, Uganda (a Cahoots Coffee collaboration). Processed using a "culture-washed" method with a starter fermentation of submerged cherries developed by Pranoy Thipaiah. Variety and altitude are not specified; the lot is described as experimental with complex, intriguing cup character.
