Tropical Weather is a seasonal Ethiopian blend composed of mixed varieties grown at ~1900 MASL. It combines washed and natural microlots, producing floral aromatics with juicy, berry and plum fruitiness, raw honey sweetness, and sweet-tea tannins. Roasted to an expressive light profile for bright, lively cup clarity.
