A single origin coffee from Takengon, Indonesia, grown by Sariani Phurba on the Batu Lonceng farm in Maribaya at 1400–1500 masl. Harvested in February 2021, it features the Ateng Super, Gayo 1, Tim Tim, and Abyssinia varietals. Processed using the Champagne YP carbonic maceration natural method — a unique technique involving Premier Cuvée yeast inoculation and 22-day sealed fermentation under CO2. Roasted light/medium for filter brewing, with a cup score of 91.0. Tasting notes include blackcurrant, cacao liqueur, pineapple, rosemary, raisin, and rose.
