The New School - Lychee is a medium roasted blend combining 75% washed Ethiopian Aricha coffee and 25% lychee co-ferment from Colombia's José Posada farm. This dynamic coffee offers flavor notes of lychee soda, sweet lemon, and milk chocolate with a balance of clean, vibrant acidity and innovative fermentation character. The blend features various coffee varieties grown at multiple elevations.
