Sweet Tooth Espresso Blend

This espresso blend features three components: Colombia El Meridiano (washed Caturra from 50+ producers in Tolima), Ethiopia Dambi Uddo (natural process 74110 and 74112 varieties from 120+ growers in Odo Shakiso County, Eastern Guji), and Papua New Guinea Baroida Estate (washed Arusha, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Typica from the Colbran Family in Baroida, Aiyura, Kianantu). The blend is roasted using a gentle custom espresso profile, creating full body and low acidity. All components are Arabica, resulting in less caffeine than standard blends. As black, it offers treacle, dried pineapple, and apricot notes with sweetness and subtle bright dried fruit. With milk, it presents dulce de leche, biscuit, and toffee with hints of caramelized butter.
