Smooth Operator Filter Coffee

Smooth Operator is a Costa Rica coffee from the Chirripó region, grown on the slopes of Cerro Chirripó and produced by the MICEPA group of smallholder families. The producers depulp and demucilage their cherries and dry them on local beds, indicating a washed-style processing. Tasting notes list Toffee, Dark Chocolate and Toasted Almond; the coffee is offered as a filter roast (medium-light).
