A Caturra variety coffee from El Placer, Quindío, Colombia, grown at approximately 2000 meters by farmer Sebastián Ramírez. Processed as a honey co-ferment using fruit pulp, this experimental coffee is dubbed "Orange Fruit." Light roasted with flavor notes of orange sherbet, mango, and passion fruit flake. The co-ferment delivers a creamy, bright, and round cup with tropical fruit character and vivid acidity.
