A rare Bourbon Rey varietal coffee produced by Jose Padilla and Gonzalo Hernandez at Coffea Diversa Garden in Suchitan, Guatemala, grown at 2000m altitude on the Suchitan volcano in mineral-rich volcanic soil. This micro-lot undergoes 48-hour anaerobic fermentation, delivering aromatic depth, bright acidity, and a silky-smooth finish. Light roasted and recommended for filter brewing. Tasting notes include Mango, Dried Fig, Jasmine, Peach, Pomelo, and Black Cherry. SCA cup score: 93.00.
