About This Coffee

Q Espresso is a signature espresso blend developed through collaboration of three Q graders, designed for high volume cafe use. The blend combines top quality Central and South American coffees from Peru and Colombia. Peru Cajamarca component is from Cenfrocafe Cooperative at 1,200-1,800 meters altitude, washed processed. Colombia component is from Cauca region, Cencoic Cooperative at 1,400-2,200 meters altitude, washed processed. The blend features Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties from smallholder farms and cooperatives. The coffee offers a syrupy texture with balanced acidity, enhanced natural sweetness, and smooth mouthfeel with flavor notes of chocolate and vanilla milkshake.
