A Geisha from the Chiriloma farm (Edwin Quea Pacco) in Alto Chirimbia, San Martín, Peru, grown at 1850–2000 m. The lot is processed using an anaerobic washed method and roasted to a light profile. Tasting notes emphasize bright citrus acidity and hibiscus aroma with flavors of lemon, grapefruit, acerola, yuzu and a candy-like lingering aftertaste. Suitable for espresso and filter preparations.
