About This Coffee

This single origin coffee from Papua New Guinea is grown in the Tambul-Nebilyer region at 1,350 meters altitude. Produced by Brian Leahy at Kuta Mill, this is a peaberry coffee - a rare natural mutation where only one seed forms inside the coffee cherry. The varieties are Bourbon and Typica, processed using the washed method. Tasting notes include Chamoe, Brown Sugar, and Milk Chocolate, offering a rich, balanced profile with a smooth finish.
