Panama Gesha from the Savage Coffee collaboration (Boquete Valley & Volcán) grown at ~1650 MASL. Gesha variety, washed processed and raised-bed dried, roasted to an Expressive Light profile. Tasting notes include red grape, jasmine, lavender, and almond with a delicate, tea-like texture and bright acidity.
