This coffee is a single origin Geisha from Panama's Volcán, Chiriquí region at 1950 meters altitude. The beans undergo a carbonic maceration and washed process that enhances fruit-dominant and full-bodied qualities. The sensory profile features aromas of bergamot and blackberry, with flavors of peach, pomegranate, and vanilla, and a juicy, light body with mid-high citric acidity.
