A Panama Geisha (Green Tip) from the Janson farm in Tierras Altas, Chiriquí grown at ~1,700 masl. This lot was hand‑picked, depulped, wet‑fermented (24h) and sun‑dried on raised beds (Washed, WX). Light roasted to highlight floral and fruity acidity, it presents brown sugar, mango and yellow plum with apricot and caramel aromatics, a juicy light body and honey/mandarin aftertaste.
